  • Register the tenant's security deposit with an approved Deposit Scheme
  • Transfer of utilities

  • Letting fee will be paid at the beginning of the tenancy and upon renewal of tenancy.

  • We will deduct a management fee, each time rent is received

Tenant referencing

  • Once you have selected your tenants, we will carry out the necessary referencing. We will check their credit history and ensure they can afford the rent.

  • After a tenant has been successfully referenced, we will prepare your tenancy agreement and get it signed by all the tenants, either digitally or hardcopy.

Security deposit

  • Once contracts are signed, we will collect and register your tenant's deposit with a government approved deposit scheme.

  • We will collect the first month's rent and transfer it to you. A standing order will be set up so that your rent gets paid on time, when it is due.

Move In Day

  • Upon completion, keys will be released to the inventory clerk or the tenant on moving-in day. For managed properties, we will provide the tenant with contact details of their dedicated Property Manager.
